Cancellation/change/return policy


Perishable goods such as food unfortunately cannot be returned. 


Should you wish to change your order, we require 3 DAY notice.


If you need to cancel your order, we require MINIMUM 7 DAYS NOTICE and we do not return 20% of finally price if you canceled later .Any problems contact us pls..

Availability to accept goods ordered

Perishable goods are required to be delivered on the date requested by the customer and we advise someone is available to accept delivery. In the event there is no answer, an attempt to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place will be made. Cakes  cannot be held responsible should the delivery process fail due to the customer being unavailable to accept receipt of goods.

Accurate details for shipping

Please ensure that the shipping address, including postcode and house number are accurate, we cannot be held responsible for checking these details on every order supplied and this may lead to a delay/failed delivery. It is not possible to return the  goods as our products are perishable. Naturally_deliciousss cannot be held responsible for a failure to provide accurate information at the point of ordering and will not pay back money for order.

Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned.

We will then review the issue and get back to you as quickly as possible.

We do not take responsibility after colection cakes  by costumer .Please drive carefull and keep cake in fridge maximum 3 days -is depend of order.Information will be included with cake.Allergen will be displayed on box,but pls inform us about any food allergy at order space.Thank you
